SAGE Training: Experience . . . the Difference
For almost 20 years,
SAGE
Truck Driving Schools have provided high quality, comprehensive
professional tractor-trailer driver training to thousands of students across the country.
Our programs are unique: unlike many truck driving schools,
Sage's truck driving
instruction is conducted on a private, one-on-one basis on the road. There is never more than one
student in a truck. You won't find groups of students crowded into a truck for
"observation time," as with many schools.* Observation time simply means that
students sit in the truck and watch each other drive. Some trucking schools often do this
to cut their own costs and artificially inflate the total hours of "behind the
wheel" training - - most of which is not student driving. SAGE
believes observation offers minimal instructional value. We believe you learn to
drive by driving, not watching. At
SAGE,
the focus is on you and your skills so you have the best chance of
getting a great job. We value our students, their safety and their training.
SAGE
does not compromise this to save money by training
several students in a truck. Your training is too important to us. Contact us to talk about the
SAGE
difference.

| Sage's Billings, Lebanon, and
Coeur d'Alene
schools are accredited by ACCSC, which is listed by the U.S. Department of
Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. The basic programs
are certified to meet the highest national industry standards set by the
Professional Truck Driver Institute at the Billings, Spindale,
Lebanon, Caldwell, Coeur d'Alene and Lehigh schools. The SAGE Corporation is a member of the
American Trucking Associations, the National Safety Council and the
Truckload Carriers Association. *
Although observation time is required by state licensing in South Carolina,
Sage's SC program offers substantially more driving time than required by
state regulation, and all skills development on the range is provided with
only one student per truck. |
